1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing, browsing, reading, viewing, using, or in any way interacting with the HxA Portal — Humans vs Androids, including its content, pages, texts, articles, concepts, publications, images, or associated materials, the visitor declares that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions of Use.
Navigation on the Portal constitutes implicit acceptance of these Terms, even if the user is not registered or subscribed.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should refrain from using the Portal.
2. PURPOSE OF THE PORTAL

These Terms do not replace or limit the EULA, which has its own contractual nature.
10. SCOPE
These Terms apply to:
non-registered visitors
registered users (free or paid)
subscribers
any individual accessing Portal content
For FS-CHECK users, these Terms complement the Factor Silva™ EULA.
11. RELATIONSHIP WITH FACTOR SILVA™
Whenever the Portal references the Factor Silva™ (FS):
the specific terms of the EULA also apply
such content must be interpreted as informational
it does not replace formal technical evaluations
12. PRIVACY
Data collection and processing are governed by the applicable Privacy Policy (LGPD/GDPR).
13. MODIFICATIONS
The HxA Portal may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Portal after updates constitutes acceptance of the current version.
14. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable to the place of operation of the Portal, in accordance with principles of good faith, responsible expression, and ethical use of technology.
15. FINAL PROVISIONS
The user acknowledges that:
